import_3dm v0.0.2

A first release based on 0.0.2 code.

This is a mostly functional, but early-stage add-on for Blender 2.8.

If you don't know how to get this into Blender then read the installation instructons.

To properly import Rhino geometry make sure you save your Rhino
file with render meshes created. This means switch to i.e. Rendered mode
to have all your surfaces and extrusion meshed. Then save so that the
render meshes are included (Only Geometry unchecked)

You need to install rhino3dm.py 0.1.4 for Blender.
