Incoming PIN protection and LocalSend compatibility improvements.

  • Protect incoming text and file transfers with a persistent, user-configured PIN.
  • Match LocalSend’s three-attempt lockout behavior and support general PIN values when sending.
  • Apply PIN changes without restarting the receiver while preserving normal Accept/Decline confirmation.
  • Store receiver PIN settings privately and fail closed if the configuration is invalid.
  • Simplify PIN controls and navigation in the Nearby panel.
