Changes

• Combined blueprints — BMC/UEFI settings and RAID policy in one .ini/.txt; OneRust splits and applies settings → batch → RAID
• Verify against hosts — read-only Blueprint checks via config compare, misc raid show, and update compare
• Outcomes: applied / verified / mismatch / failed; logs under logs/blueprint/<serial>/ (and verify/)
• README updated for the new Blueprint workflow

Install

• MSI: OneRust_0.3.0_x64_en-US.msi

On first launch, OneCLI is still downloaded beside the executable if missing.
