Fuse 1.10.0 for Windows 64-bit, with full screen support

Full screen
Press F11 to switch between full screen and windowed mode. You can also use Options > Full screen, the Full screen option in Options > General, or start Fuse with --full-screen.
- Win32 UI: always uses integer scaling. The image is shown at the largest whole multiple of its size that fits your monitor (for example 4x on 1920×1080, 6x on 2560×1440), centred with black borders, so every pixel stays sharp and evenly sized.
- SDL2 UI: full screen was already available from the menu and the options, but the F11 shortcut did nothing; it now works. The image is scaled to fill the screen while keeping its aspect ratio.
Notes
- These are 64-bit builds and do not run on 32-bit Windows.
- The Win32 build now supports high-DPI displays: on monitors with Windows scaling above 100% the image stays sharp, and the window looks smaller than before.
