More reliable retrieval and file optimization reporting

Boost avoids unnecessary retrieval markers and improves file optimization savings in the web report.

Bug Fixes

  • Skips retrieval markers when the compressed output would be larger than the original output.
  • Treats PostgreSQL row-count footers as metadata so they are preserved without triggering unnecessary retrieval markers.
  • Includes orphan file reads in the File Optimization report card so its totals match the savings timeline.
