IMPROVEMENTS:

• release: builds use .NET SDK 10.0.402 and System.IO.Hashing /
  System.IO.Ports 10.0.12 (servicing updates).

BUG FIXES:

• core: port auto-detection no longer probes CDC-ACM serial ports
  (/dev/ttyACM* on Linux, /dev/cu.usbmodem* on macOS). The
  programmer is an FTDI device and never appears there, and probing
  them could reset an attached ESP32 or Arduino board and keep its
  port busy for other tools (such as esptool) until the app quit.
  --port still accepts any port.
