Consistent Cactus

This version of the program should produce consistent results even in the face of inconsistent pedigrees, i.e. pedigrees with multiple entries for one individual. If multiple entries for an individual disagree, a warning is printed. If some entries for an individual have unknown parents, the known parents are used.
