How to increase the size of the menu and associated controls

I'm having an odd experience in Chrome and Edge with the menu and similar controls suddenly getting too small to use. This happened in Edge so I started using Chrome and recently happened in Chrome. Once resized, no amount of resizing seems to affect these frame items. The image perfectly resizes, just not the menu and controls. Screenshot attached with highlighted menu compared against bookmark and desktop font sizes for comparison.

I'm hoping there's a key command to fix this as I cannot hope to read any of the menu options (as evidenced by the screenshot). Any suggestions would be most welcome.

All other discussions seem to pertain to font size. This is not that.

Ctrl+0 was the fix. I tried everything else but didn't think of that. Duh!
