Describe the bug
draw.io vsdx exports have 2 issues:

  1. Text boxes with table headers can pushed across the page in vsdx. bulleted text go out of the box.
  2. The recent (Aug. 29, 2023) version generates a vsdx file that is no longer read in by online office365 latest version of web Visio.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. File -> Export -> vsdx (beta)
  2. Generate VSDX file
  3. Save to a onedrive/sharepoint location (Microsoft).
  4. Open on the web licensesed version of Visio. Gets an online error (file format incorrect/can not load).
