Full action XML from .bes files.

Highlights

  • action_xml_from_bes_file(file_path, targets) — new besapi function that extracts the complete action XML from a .bes file and applies targeting, so an action defined in exported content can be taken as-is rather than reconstructed by hand.
  • examples/action_and_monitor.py simplified considerably (~90 fewer lines) now that this logic lives in the module.
  • examples/fixlet_add_mime_field.py reworked to use the moved functions.

Fixes

  • Better error handling; the MIME field example no longer attempts to modify computer groups.

Build

  • Added Windows ARM to the build matrix; dropped the end-of-life macOS runner.
