- Add version parameter to cofuse.get_prompt() for specific version retrieval
- Add version parameter to MCP tool coaia_fuse_prompts_get
- Add new MCP tool coaia_fuse_prompts_create for prompt creation
- Add new MCP tool coaia_fuse_prompt_version_labels_update for label management
- Add new cofuse.update_prompt_version_labels() function
- Add --version flag to CLI 'coaia fuse prompts get' command
- Bump coaiapy to 0.5.0, coaiapy-mcp to 0.3.0
