Summary
- Introduced a LESS-based design system replacing scattered Tailwind utility classes with semantic, token-driven component styles — addressing 3,400+ className attributes, 950+ duplicated dark: prefixes, and inconsistent styling across 90+ TSX files
- Created a complete token layer (colors, spacing, typography, radii, shadows, z-index, transitions) with CSS custom properties for automatic light/dark theme switching via a single .dark class toggle
- Refactored all frontend components to use semantic BEM classes (.btn--primary, .card--auth, .sidebar-item) and parametric LESS mixins instead of inline Tailwind strings
