Changes

Add a new cachibot-server.spec PyInstaller spec for building a standalone cachibot-server binary and update .gitignore to ensure the spec file is tracked. The spec collects editable deps (tukuy, prompture), cachibot metadata and submodules, includes frontend dist and VERSION, lists required hidden imports, excludes large optional packages (torch, scipy, playwright, etc.), and sets platform-aware strip/upx and target_arch options.
