Changes

Make .env handling respect CACHIBOT_WORKSPACE and wire per-bot provider values through the stack. Key changes:

• desktop: Ensure CACHIBOT_WORKSPACE defaults to the user home when running under PyInstaller so .env is written to ~ without Electron.
• backend (models/providers): Replace hardcoded ENV_PATH with _get_env_path() that reads CACHIBOT_WORKSPACE; use it for reading/writing .env.
• models route: Pass bot-level provider keys into prompture by constructing a ProviderEnvironment and forcing a refresh when discovering available models.
• frontend: Refresh the global models store after adding or deleting bot env vars so the UI picks up newly available providers.
• message_processor: Use provider metadata to choose between endpoint vs api_key when building per-bot drivers; also improve error logging to include exception info.

These changes allow per-bot provider credentials/endpoints to be used for live model discovery and runtime driver construction, and ensure .env operations target the configured workspace.
