Changes

Apply a set of small cleanups and refactors across the codebase: simplify budget/token checks to concise boolean returns; reorder and tidy imports to avoid circulars and unused names; use contextlib.suppress for safer error handling; normalize string/print formatting in examples; standardize stream handling with slicing and yield-from patterns; fix deferred import comment to silence linting. Also update many tests to remove unused variables/imports, adapt to small API/behavior changes (e.g. not capturing return values, using next() for finding items), and adjust mocks/assertions accordingly. Includes fixes in llm_to_json/llm_to_toon init import ordering and multiple driver/registry modules.
