Track and surface model provenance and lifecycle info from models.dev. discovery.get_available_models now records per-model source (api/static/catalog) and preserves first-seen source; enriched entries include source, status, family, release_date, superseded_by and end_of_support. model_rates: introduce lifecycle cache, _compute_family_status, _infer_family and get_model_lifecycle to compute current/legacy/deprecated heuristics (with caching cleared on refresh_rates_cache). examples/discovery_example.py updated to print source and deprecation badges. Tests updated: add tests/test_model_lifecycle.py and provenance tests in tests/test_discovery.py; adjust ledger tests to expect new fields.
