Chat

• A document opened from an answer is resized by its edge, and the chat
  narrows beside it instead of running on underneath. The chat's buttons
  stay over the chat, and the document's own over the document.

Fixes

• A page in a browser pane no longer draws over the Manager, Settings or
  the command palette. It steps aside while one is open and comes back
  when it closes, as it does when its tab is not the one showing.
