shivai-runtime v0.1

Initial release of the SHiVAi runtime Docker image for reproducible SHiVAi execution.

  • Dockerized SHiVAi runtime environment
  • Includes ANTs, niimath, dcm2niix, TensorFlow, and Keras
  • Uses pinned SHiVAi commit: b57c49175861b9a434e6b8bc3b0491faf4a0aac9
  • CPU-only runtime
  • Model weights are not included
