MonoField 0.11.5
MonoField 0.11.5
MonoField 0.11.5 focuses on a faster start, safer project boundaries, and a
clear path from request to evidence.
Development that stays attached to the right project
- Run several modules from one workspace without sharing process state,
profile arguments, ports, logs, or database policy by accident. - Switch between modules and return to each module's own running, stopped,
loading, or failed state. - Preserve failed-process evidence when a stop cannot be completed, instead of
reporting a false success. - Keep Git review, terminal work, browser verification, and governed database
access scoped to the active project.
Faster model readiness and smaller explanatory prompts
- The selected local CLI can be used when its own readiness check finishes;
other adapters continue scanning in the background. - On the measured Windows host, Codex was ready in 1.7 seconds while the full
24-adapter scan finished later. - Interface and screen specification how-to questions use a compact guidance
profile. The measured prompt fell from 54,050 to 4,373 characters (91.9%)
without weakening the full context used for actual generation or revision. - BYOK and OpenAI-compatible endpoints now describe their true boundary:
conversation and document generation do not automatically inherit Desktop
filesystem, terminal, browser, or database tools.
Documents and design
- Manual preview edits persist correctly after save.
- Screen-spec image references must be contained in the project, be regular
PNG/JPEG/WebP files with matching signatures, and remain within the size
limit. - A new responsive four-step documents/design guide joins the development
walkthrough and can be reopened from the product guide. - The downloadable Korean guide now includes illustrated multi-project, DB,
interface-spec, screen-spec, usage, recovery, and final-check workflows.

MonoField 0.11.4
MonoField 0.11.4
MonoField 0.11.4 makes development work faster to start, easier to verify, and
clearer to understand—especially when a model reports a large input-token
count.
Model usage you can read correctly
- Usage details now state that input tokens are the full context reported by
the selected model provider or CLI. They are not all extra tokens introduced
by MonoField. - The explanation applies consistently to Codex, Claude, Gemini, Copilot,
local CLIs, OpenAI-compatible endpoints, and other BYOK providers. - The disclosure explains runtime instructions, tools, conversation history,
project context, cached prefixes, reasoning, totals, and USD only when the
provider actually reports it.
Development workspace
- Discover multiple projects from a workspace while keeping run state, Git,
browser verification, terminal sessions, and database policy scoped to the
active project. - Detect and run a wider set of Java, Node, Python, and Go configurations,
including project profiles and common framework launchers. - Start and stop projects with visible state, inspect complete launch errors,
switch Git branches safely, and compare changes in a more resilient split
view. - Use controlled database connections with read-only, approval-required, or
explicitly allowed structured writes.
Faster, smaller, and easier to learn
- Load uncommon language dictionaries only when selected and keep common
locales available at first paint. - Reuse local agent sessions more efficiently and avoid unnecessary runtime
discovery or prompt context. - Exclude obsolete startup media and development-only material from Desktop
packages. - Follow contextual product tours for software development, documents/design,
database connections, project runs, Git review, and browser verification. - Receive release update notices and an optional GitHub Star prompt without a
newsletter signup flow.

MonoField 0.11.3
MonoField 0.11.3
MonoField 0.11.3 keeps local agent and model choices current without adding a
managed model router or sending project data to MonoField.
Highlights
- Codex now shows GPT-5.6 Sol, Terra, and Luna even when an older installed CLI
reports only the previous model generation. - The live Codex catalog is merged with reviewed recommendations. Future
live-only models are surfaced automatically without waiting for a MonoField
release. - Agent and model catalogs refresh at startup, on manual rescan, and every six
hours while the app remains open. The interval avoids repeated CLI probes
during normal work. - Claude Code retains the current Opus, Fable, Sonnet, and Haiku choices and
stable aliases; OpenCode continues to use its live provider model listing. - Windows adapter verification covered Codex CLI 0.149.1, Claude Code 2.1.245,
Gemini CLI 0.56.0, and OpenCode 1.18.23.
Data boundary
Model discovery invokes installed CLIs and reads their model metadata. It does
not send project files, prompts, credentials, or database content to MonoField.
Provider authentication and availability still follow the selected CLI and
account.
MonoField 0.11.2
MonoField 0.11.2
MonoField 0.11.2 completes the public product-boundary migration and ships the
latest Desktop application.
Highlights
- Public commands now use
monofield; source workflows use the root scripts
such aspnpm build:web, pnpm check:web, andpnpm dev:desktop. - Public environment variables use
MONOFIELD_*, with older names accepted
only as read-compatible migration fallbacks. - Desktop packaging uses the MonoField title, M mark, executable names, data
directories, andmonofield://application protocol. - New extensions use
monofield.json,monofield-marketplace.json, and the
monofieldmanifest namespace. - GitHub metadata and release checks target
jhy0285/monofieldthrough the
canonical/api/github/monofieldendpoints. - The repository README, quick start, deployment examples, Helm chart, issue
templates, and extension schemas now describe MonoField consistently. - Stale translated upstream product documents and obsolete deployment examples
were removed rather than published with incorrect names or security advice.
Compatibility
Existing local projects and installations remain readable. Private workspace
package scopes, persisted storage keys, IPC names, and legacy manifest or
environment fallbacks are retained internally where migration safety requires
them. They are not public MonoField entry points.
Required Apache-2.0 and third-party attribution remains available in the
repository notices and in Desktop Settings.
