x-on:click.stop was on the popover element itself (same element as dropdown.js's
close-on-click handler, so stopPropagation didn't help) — move it to a child of
the popover so clicking the URL input keeps the dropdown open. Audited all
input-in-dropdown components; link was the only broken one. +e2e (click+type stays open).
