Made auto-sync a configurable option

Before the proxy would try to stay in sync with the changing temperatures of the real thermostat. Now by default the proxy is the source of truth and just updates the real thermostat as necessary to keep the remote room as the desired temperature. I did include the previous auto-sync behavior as a configurable option during setup or reconfiguration.
