Clarifies the exact runtime scope of both extension commands. Prepare now uses only create_goal and import_speckit_tasks and does not execute implementation work or create a lineage. Export remains limited to get_task_lineage and export_task_evidence_pack.

PatchWarden Evidence Pack v1.0.0

Initial community extension for optional Spec Kit evidence workflows.

  • Adds optional before_implement and after_implement hooks.
  • Adds commands to prepare a PatchWarden lineage and export a bounded Evidence Pack.
  • Requires an already configured PatchWarden MCP server; it never publishes, pushes, tags, merges, or exposes raw logs, full diffs, or secrets.
