• Added new VR settings: scaling slider, and whether or not to recenter if your head moves too far from the car
• Fixed verbose logging not being followed very well

Only tested on Windows 10 with Quest 3 using Virtual Desktop and VDXR OpenXR runtime.

This works with TrackMania Nations Forever and TrackMania United Forever.
