  • await-ci: ceiling 3000s → 3600s, MAX_ATTEMPTS 300 → 360, timeout-minutes 60 → 72
    (preserves ADR-072 invariant #7 at exactly 4320 >= 4320)
  • await-ci: soft-ceiling early warning at 0.7 × ceiling, derived not restated, with
    notify-slow-ci as its consumer; hard ceiling hoisted so no failure arm can skip it
  • notify-gated can now distinguish "the gate gave up" from "tests failed"
  • ci.yml: test-scripts sharded 3 ways (fail-fast: false); the required test check is
    unchanged and still aggregates
  • New guard await-ci-ceiling-invariants.test.sh (14 rows) holding four constant relationships
    that were previously unenforced prose
  • scripts-shard-totality.test.sh (16 rows) proving the partition is total and disjoint, now
