SQLite read-only connections now use the same read-side cache, temporary-storage, mmap and busy-timeout settings as writers, while retaining read-only enforcement and avoiding writer transaction locks. Both constructors safely handle literal filenames and reject NUL bytes.

All four modules use v0.20.1, including their dependencies on one another. Existing APIs remain compatible; this is a patch release.

Validation on macOS and Linux covers standalone builds, vet and race tests on each module’s minimum Go version; workspace tests; SQLite pooled settings, read/write isolation, literal filenames and NUL rejection; and installation through the normal Go proxy with checksum verification. Core/state coverage remains 100%.

Changes: #59, #60, #61. Published v0.20.0 tags remain unchanged.
