Applications no longer trusts an empty program list at face value. Reported live: a fresh Windows 10 install showed Applications as completely empty. A real Windows machine always has dozens of Uninstall registry entries, so an empty result from the primary read is now retried once, then handed to a fallback that reads the same three registry hives through reg.exe's own text output instead of PowerShell's Get-ItemProperty -- a different code path for a different failure mode. If it still comes back empty, Applications says so plainly with a Retry button, instead of "Nothing matches", which used to blame a filter that was never set. Translated into all 39 languages.
Removed competitor names from user-visible text. The Delete now label and Deep Clean's delete-mode subtitle named BleachBit in every language, and the README named BleachBit, WizTree and Revo. Reworded without naming any of them, keeping the same facts.
