Kiosk startup improvements:

Use the logged-in user's HOME directory for Chromium profile data
Use Chromium basic password storage to avoid GNOME keyring prompts
Request fullscreen startup explicitly
Includes the v1.1.2 GDM3/LightDM autologin improvements
