Refactored Anthropic, Copilot, OpenAI, and Codex authentication to use request-time HTTP authorizers so refreshed tokens and headers are injected immediately before each outbound request. Added shared HTTP auth helpers and regression coverage around subscription, Copilot, Codex OAuth, and API-key flows. Also tightened Codex auth to require ChatGPT OAuth credentials instead of falling back to a plain OpenAI API key, and made Copilot credential writes atomic.
