This release mostly features performance improvements by introducing an outermost action handler that awaits all nested actions before executing an update cycle.

Especially big, complex pages with a lot of initialization tasks profit and will load in a fraction of the time.

The refactoring also increases overall stability of the engine by properly awaiting actions.

• fx-case elements will now dispatch 'select' and 'deselect' events to hook into when a case is shown/hidden
• instance() function has been improved for performance
