• 0.7.1 无法安装：连接右键「端口映射」贡献点携带了宿主尚未发布的 dynamic 字段，宿主 manifest 解析器（deny_unknown_fields）会拒绝整个 manifest，报 "Failed to parse plugin manifest: unknown field dynamic"。现改为宿主已支持的声明式 open-workbench action：右键「端口映射」直接打开该连接的端口映射管理界面。
  0.7.1 failed to install on every DBX version: the connection context-menu "Port forwards" entry carried an unreleased dynamic field, so the host manifest parser (deny_unknown_fields) rejected the whole manifest ("Failed to parse plugin manifest: unknown field dynamic"). The entry now uses the host-supported declarative open-workbench action — right-clicking a connection opens that connection's port-forward manager directly.

说明 / Notes

• 依赖宿主动态菜单能力的逐条/批量启停右键二级菜单暂缓启用；sidecar 实现（contextMenu/resolve/manage-tunnels）保留，宿主能力（0.6.29 之后的版本）发布后随 manifest 加回 dynamic: true 即恢复。
  The per-profile start/stop context-menu submenu (requires the host dynamic-menu capability, shipping in a DBX version after 0.6.29) is deferred; the sidecar implementation is kept and is re-enabled by restoring dynamic: true in the manifest once the host ships it.
