V1.1.1 First Boot Fix

First boot now opens the window before the heavy work, then shows splash text and a progress bar:

• Starting NXStation B…
• Preparing folders… / Installing config…
• Installing theme: Simple_Life (then Minimal, Simple) — bar updates as files copy
• Loading arcade names… (the big arcaderoms.xml parse)
• Loading system config… (ROM lists — this is the later step)
