A large revision. See https://www.jirka.org/scv/changes.html for a list of changes. The new version is 182 pages (as compared to 140) and that despite the fact that the page size has been lengthened to save paper. Beware that a lot of exercise numbers have changed, but hopefully the changes are worth it!
