Gaussian Spatial Filter

Gaussian is probably one of the most used smoothing filter

Command Line

Original image:

5x5 mask, 1st standard deviation:

$loomis -command gaussian_spatial -i testdata/green-bee-eater-grayscale.jpg

Only the 5x5 size mask where sigma=1 is supported by the command line at the moment

Library Usage

newImage := pkg.GaussianSpatialFilter(image, pkg.GaussianFiveByFiveSigmaOne)

image is of type image.Image
second argument a 5x5 gaussian mask. 3x3 masks and other sigma masks can be made and supplied too
