v0.5.3 — Integration brand icon + logo

Added

• Bundled brand images at custom_components/evse_hub/brand/ (icon.png, icon@2x.png, logo.png, logo@2x.png).
• Home Assistant 2026.3+ serves these locally via /api/brands/integration/evse_hub/* — no external CDN roundtrip.
• Also unblocks the previously-failing HACS brands validation check (last one on Validate CI).

• Home Assistant 2026.3.0 or newer for local brand serving.
• Older versions still fall back to CDN (which is empty for this integration until a home-assistant/brands PR lands).
