如果你遇到 Copilot 跟进请求被错误重选账号，或者 session repair 走到 client._client.patch 时出现 this 绑定报错，建议升级到这一版。

你会看到的变化

• 账号选择现在基于官方最终化后的请求头判断，不再因为过早读取 x-initiator 而把应复用的 agent follow-up 错误当成 user turn 重选。
• 默认的最终请求头探测路径会克隆 Request 再做检查，避免提前消费一次性 request body。
• session repair 通过 client._client.patch 回写时，现已保留正确的 this 绑定，修复 undefined is not an object (evaluating 'this._client')。
• 新增并补强了多组回归测试，覆盖最终 header 时序、Request body 保留与 patch 绑定修复。
