Summary

• 修复 Copilot Responses 在 400 text/plain 返回 input[*].id 超长错误时未触发局部降级重试的问题
• 保持同账号连续性语义：仅在错误命中时，移除超长 id 后重试一次
• 补充更细粒度调试日志（candidate / detection / triggered / response）用于定位重试链路

Debugging

• 开启：OPENCODE_COPILOT_RETRY_DEBUG=1
• 默认日志文件：%TEMP%/opencode-copilot-retry-debug.log（Linux/macOS: /tmp/opencode-copilot-retry-debug.log）
• 自定义日志路径：OPENCODE_COPILOT_RETRY_DEBUG_FILE=/path/to/log
