Summary

• 新增默认关闭的实验性 Synthetic Agent Initiator 开关；开启后会为 text + synthetic: true 的自动生成消息发送或覆盖 x-initiator=agent
• 最直接的效果是对齐 VSCode 官方对内部 synthetic 续跑请求的处理方向：压缩后继续执行请求会被标记为不应计费，其他自动生成的 synthetic 提示消息也会进入这条可选路径
• 判定不依赖文本匹配，只对 text + synthetic: true 生效
• 默认关闭时仍保持 upstream 当前稳定行为；lookup 失败、message.id 缺失、parts 缺失或为空、或 official 已写 initiator 时都会回退到官方结果
• 菜单与 README 已补充风险提示：这是基于上游 synthetic 语义的实验性提前启用方案，请求行为会偏离 upstream 稳定代码，可能失效、产生意外计费，或更容易被判定为滥用
