Skills Manager v2.1.9 重点增强了 Skill 安装、更新和个人管理体验，并改善了桌面端登录的可靠性。
新功能
- 新增 Skill 自定义备注。备注保存在本机配置中，不会修改 SKILL.md，并可用于搜索和筛选。
- Marketplace 支持多目标安装，可将 Skill 安装到全局技能库、当前项目及所选 AI 工具。
- 新增项目级 Skill 管理和工具目标选择，方便按项目配置不同的 AI 工具。
- 新增 DeepSeek Harness 工具支持。
- 新增 Marketplace 更新确认界面，可查看涉及的 Skill 与安装位置、选择更新目标，并在覆盖本地修改前获得明确提示。
修复与改进
- 优化桌面端浏览器登录流程，通过统一的网页登录入口完成授权。
- 修复刷新凭据或新访问令牌被拒绝后仍保留失效登录状态的问题；临时网络故障和服务端错误不会误触发退出登录。
- 优化 Marketplace 中可更新 Skill 的排序、筛选、批量更新和状态说明。
- 更新中英文 README 的官网入口与 Star History 图表。

Skills Manager v2.1.9 improves skill installation, updates, personal organization, and desktop authentication reliability.
New features
- Added custom notes for skills. Notes stay in local configuration, do not modify SKILL.md, and are included in search and filtering.
- Added multi-target Marketplace installation for the global skill library, the current project, and selected AI tools.
- Added project-level skill management and tool target selection for per-project AI tool setups.
- Added support for DeepSeek Harness.
- Added a Marketplace update confirmation flow that shows affected skills and install locations, supports target selection, and clearly warns before local changes are overwritten.
Fixes and improvements
- Streamlined desktop browser sign-in through a unified web authorization entry point.
- Fixed stale signed-in sessions after refresh credentials or newly issued access tokens are rejected. Temporary network and server failures continue to preserve the local session.
- Improved update sorting, filtering, bulk actions, and status messaging in Marketplace.
- Updated the official website links and Star History charts in both READMEs.
