Job Agent v0.6.11

[0.6.11] - 2026-09-14

Fixed

• Native discovery now converts observed skill lists to the cloud request format before decision submission and verifies the signed response against that exact submitted representation.
• Preserved discoveries resume with the same request and collected candidates after this upgrade, without repeating browser searches or changing existing receipts. Legacy string-valued skills remain unchanged.
