• Recover a missing platform resume name from a closed delivery inspection through a new account- and job-bound read-only task, preserving accepted receipts and the original confirmed list and greetings.
• Resume retained delivery through both work and workflow commands without reopening communication or repeating an attempted submission. Keep incomplete resume verification pending in audit.
• Verify the original cloud-bound resume during upgrade checks instead of requesting another local analysis when the local profile is missing or outdated.
