• A bound resume whose workbench analysis profile is not confirmed (server
  409 resume_profile_invalid) now pauses with accurate guidance on every
  path — round start, target-role respond, native and legacy discovery —
  instead of the misleading "network unavailable, retry later" message. The
  staged binding and pending interaction are kept, because completing and
  confirming the analysis in the workbench makes a plain retry succeed;
  users can also fall back to the classic local-profile path with
  jobagent round start --no-resume-binding.
