Price breakdown per tile & remove Customers tab

  • Each receipt tile now shows: item name, qty x unit price, subtotal
  • Footer row: Total, Paid (if any), Balance, Bayad button
  • Removed Customers tab — Pangolekta dashboard now shows everything inline
  • Nav simplified to 2 tabs: Pangolekta → Settings
  • Onboarding updated to describe new layout
  • Deleted unused screens (credit_list, customer_detail, price_list, add_edit_item)
