Initial public Marketplace release.

  • Deterministic top-level Apple workflow routing through a trusted UserPromptSubmit hook
  • Stock Codex behavior matrix: 12/12
  • Fork runtime carry required: no
  • Fully qualified $apple-appdev-workflow:<skill> fallback preserved for untrusted, disabled, changed, or policy-restricted hooks
  • Plugin-owned MCP declarations for Sosumi, memory, and XcodeBuildMCP

Install the marketplace with codex plugin marketplace add jkaunert/apple-appdev-workflow --ref main, then install Apple AppDev Workflow from Codex Settings > Plugins.

The separate Xcode CodingAssistant provisioning envelope is intentionally excluded from this Marketplace release.
