Alabaster 1.16

Mostly bugfixes, with a little bit of cleanup to the spaceship sheet.

Bug fixes

• Resolved an issue that can cause error spam on player sessions when characters are modified.
• Resolved an issue where effects on skill traits were being ignored
• Resolved an issue where total cargo space on spaceships was not being calculated

UI changes

• Cleaned up the spaceship sheet, removed concepts (like boarders) that are no longer relevant in Fragged Empire 2nd edition.
