Symbol Server Integration

Automatic PDB symbol resolution from Microsoft and NuGet symbol servers.

New Features (021)

  • SSQP protocol client: downloads PDBs from https://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols and NuGet symbol server
  • Disk cache: PDBs cached in ~/.debug-mcp/symbols/ — no re-downloads
  • Transparent integration: source locations resolve automatically for framework code
  • PeDebugInfoReader: reads PE debug directory to extract PDB signature and age

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed PeDebugInfoReader tests failing on CI Release builds
