Field tuples have empty names in getChildren responses, so the v0.5.1
name-based fallback ("Annotations") never matched. Identify the tuple
by checking each candidate's first child for the Annotations attribute
definition ID instead.

Reference existing options instead of duplicating values

Options fields (Item Type, Container, Tags, Collections) were written as
plain text. A text write matching a value Tana itself collected is reused,
but one colliding with a predefined option (e.g. the preset Item Type list)
is not — Tana mints a fresh detached value node every sync, so each item got
its own duplicate "Report"/"Book Section" instead of pointing at the shared
option (live-verified).

Sync now resolves each options value to its existing option's node id (parsed
from the tag schema, surfaced as ResolvedSchema.optionsByFieldId) and writes
it by id via setFieldOption, falling back to a text write only for genuinely
new values (which auto-collect and dedupe). Applies to every options field on
both the create path (written after import) and update path. Also bump to
0.5.0 and backfill the missing 0.4.0/0.4.1 changelog entries.
