Git isn't working as before #26

My apologies — we're making changes every day, and this kind of 'non-descriptive' programming through a mix of rules and scripts is hard to test. Can you give me more details about whast you did and now it does no work? |

Hi-
As I said, I really value your product. I found an easy way to get it to work.
If you take your URL, https://github.com/jlcases/paelladoc, and change it to https://gitmcp.io/jlcases/paelladoc, you can add it as an MCP server that Cursor AI can interact with. Once I had it in my project, I just asked AI to build the application, and I was able to get started again and it started going through building documents and interviewing me.
It is a neat trick that I bet others who use the git would appreciate.
Thanks for responding.
Kyle

Thank you so much for sharing this incredibly useful tip, Kyle! I wasn't aware of this approach using gitmcp.io, and it's exactly the kind of creative solution that can make PAELLADOC more accessible. This is particularly interesting because it opens up integration possibilities not just with Cursor AI, but potentially with Windsurf and even Claude directly. The ability to use PAELLADOC as an MCP server that these AI tools can interact with creates a much more seamless experience. I'd love to formalize this approach in our documentation and possibly create a specific integration path. Would you mind if we include your suggestion in our official setup guides with credit to you? Again, really appreciate you taking the time to share this workaround and for your kind words about the project. These real-world use cases and insights are invaluable as we continue development. Best, |

Jose-
Please feel free to include this in your setup guide. You have saved me from having to use Manus or some other expensive deep research tool to get my documentation in a manner that keeps these AI in line and I really appreciate the work you do. Plus, having your github as a MCP the context really helps!
One other and I can’t remember if this is in your github already (probably is) but you can use it if you think it is valuable. Creating the Development_Checklist.md Staging_Checklist.md and Deployment_Checklist.md have really help me keep the AI focused on steps!!!
Help to spread the work about your great github is my pleasure.
Regards,
Kyle

Uh oh!
There was an error while loading. Please reload this page.
I love your application. About 2 weeks ago I downloaded it and after a bit of struggle getting it running it produced excellent documents that have been very helpful in building a project. I wanted to use the git again to build another project, but received all sorts of errors especially that there is no package.json, there is a package-lock.json so there should be a package.json.
My programming skills are at about a medium level, so perhaps I am missing something. Any direction would be appreciated! Thanks! Kyle
