Codex third-party model catalogs support a per-model context window: set it on the model list when adding or editing an API Key, in the model-provider editor, or on the API Service mapping table. Official and DeepSeek catalogs keep vendor values unless you enter one; other models fall back to Compact settings or 128000. After saving, both the Codex client catalog and the API Service model list report that window; restart Codex to apply it there.
First launch and post-update startup show a progress bar: the window no longer stays blank while the app is loading.
Codex account cards show usage from the last full window to now: official accounts in the API Service pool display request count, tokens, and account-billed cost (A $); empty windows still show 0 req, 0, and A $0.00.
Codex session management adds session usage: real token usage is aggregated from local session logs, independent of official remaining-quota percentages and without requiring traffic to go through API Service.
Changed
Official Codex quota bars are now compact, with reset time on its own line aligned to the quota label.
Codex API Service official OAuth outbound identity now matches official clients: paired codex-tui identity is used by default and downstream client user-agents are not forwarded; session headers use Session-Id and include window and thread identifiers.
Fixed
Fixed the app appearing frozen on a white screen after install or update: startup now shows progress, and first paint no longer waits on remote fonts.
