  unrelated PDF/DOCX conversion, AWS publishing, browser, or ML runtimes.
• Explicit feature extras: Install kash-docs[documents] for MarkItDown, PDF
  rendering, and DOCX conversion; kash-docs[aws] for publishing; or
  kash-docs[full] for all optional features.

Fixes

• Safe action discovery: Optional conversion modules load only when their actions
  run, so kash-media and Deep Transcribe can use the base text actions without
  MarkItDown, Magika, ONNX Runtime, WeasyPrint, boto3, DOCX, or Torch dependencies.

Documentation

• Installation guidance: The README and release runbook now explain the base
  package and each opt-in feature group.
