• Can we get feedback about people’s emotions?
• Is our context analysis done?
• Is the group open to using the app for group problem-solving?
• Is the group emotionally ready to problem-solve?
• Did we agree on what to do if emotions become problematic?
• Do we agree on the problem that needs to be solved?
• Did we agree on the order in which to offer the ideas?
• Can we find reasons why presenting or receiving the ideas, in a neutral tone, could be important?
• Do we need to further our context analysis?

• The comfort zone statuses are being monitored.

  • Process stopped if necessary.

• Stakeholders check their ability to receive respectfully the ideas offered.

  • Process stopped if necessary.

• The ideas brought during brainstorming are welcome in the list of potential solutions.

• The proposed ideas are evaluated.

  • Potential solutions are kept.
  • Potentially, a solution is candidate for an implementation.
    • The effectiveness of the implemented solution is later evaluated.
  • If needed, some more research is done to find more potential solutions.
